To me coaching is working shoulder to shoulder with someone who is committed to whatever they say they want and are willing to do the work it takes to get themselves there, even if they don’t know how. I think being organic and mindful of the journey is imperative to growth and creation. I coach to empowerment and incorporating the necessary tools to become an active demonstration of what you have always dreamt of.
