This week’s lesson is on boundaries and limits, such a mouthful. In our current environment, it is
essential not only to set these for ourselves but to recognize how others set their own.
Be clear around your hard lines and your loose lines. We give people permission to treat us a
certain way, we want to make sure that is the best treatment possible because we deserve that!
Loose lines will come first when we are getting to know each other. This is how we create relationships
and friendships. Hard lines can be our principles, what we don’t waiver on. Ask yourself, are those
for you? Demonstrating clarity can be the difference between you standing your ground or allowing
someone to cross your boundary.
CLARITY
WHAT do your limits say to the outside world?
WHO do you allow to cross your boundaries?
WHAT will it take from you to stand for yourself if you are challenged in this way?
When was a moment in your life where you stood strong and firm?
Do you know the limits and boundaries of those around you?
Learning these about yourself really promotes good strong mental health. If you are clear of where you
plant yourself and your beliefs and have confidence in that then we govern our emotions. When we
do this we feel steady and strong!
ALWAYS KNOW YOU MATTER AND THAT YOU ARE WORTHY! NOW GO OUT THERE AND GET IT DONE!
